How 4Within works
4Within turns your own story into clear insights and next steps. Every finding shows which of your answers it came from, and you are never given a personality label.
What you do
- Tell your story in four short stages. Your background, what you enjoy, what you are good at and where you would like to go. You can skip any question and add your CV or screenshots if you like.
- Ask up to three questions of your own. For example, "Should I change my major?" or "What could I do with these skills?" They are answered from what you shared.
- Choose your result. The Personal Insights Profile is free and complete: not a preview, and no card needed. The Personal Horizons Plan adds a decision matrix for options you are weighing, a 90-day plan and optional check-in emails.
- Get your PDF. Most people finish the Profile in about 15–25 minutes, and the Plan in about 25–40 minutes.
How your results are made
- From your own words. An AI writes your result only from your answers and files. Each finding names the answer it is based on, so you can check it yourself.
- Checked twice. Before you see it, a second AI reads each finding against your answers. Points your answers do not support are rewritten, removed or marked. If that check could not run, your result says so.
- Firm rules. No personality types or labels, no predictions about your future, no made-up percentages or quotes, and nothing about health or other sensitive matters is guessed.
- Your choices stay yours. In the Personal Horizons Plan, the order of your options in the decision matrix is calculated by 4Within from the priorities you rated, not chosen by the AI. Facts that need checking are marked.
Why not just ask a chatbot?
You can, and a chatbot is useful. 4Within adds what a chat usually leaves to you:

Your privacy
- Your answers stay on your device until you choose to create your result.
- The AI service is not allowed to train on your answers and deletes them within 30 days. 4Within does not keep them after your PDF is created.
- No advertising, no selling of your information, and no tracking cookies.

- 4Within is for adults: 18 or over, or the age of adulthood where you live if that is older.
